90-day credit window
The first partner link a business clicks gets the credit for 90 days from that first click. Later clicks don’t restart the clock.
Introducing someone offline?
Met them in person or on the phone? Submit the business in your portal when you make the introduction, so the referral is on record as yours.
What “activated” means
The merchant is approved and processes at least $300 in genuine card sales within 30 days of approval.
How you’re paid
By direct deposit to a US bank account, 30–45 days after the close of the merchant’s billing month.
Paperwork, done online
Once approved, you e-sign your agreement, W-9 and direct deposit form in the portal within 7 days. Your links keep earning while you finish.

Is it free to join the Titan Affiliate Program?
Yes. There’s no fee to join, nothing to buy and no referral quota.
Who can become a Titan affiliate?
Anyone 18 or older, or a registered business, with a US bank account for direct deposit and the ability to provide an IRS Form W-9. You don’t need any payments industry experience.
Can I join from outside the United States?
Payments are made only by direct deposit to a US bank account and require a W-9, so you’ll need both to join. The businesses you refer must also be based in the US.
How do I get credit for a referral?
Three ways: the business clicks your referral link or scans your QR code, you submit the business in your partner portal, or our team records your Affiliate ID on the account. Link credit lasts 90 days from the first click.
When and how do I get paid?
Bonuses and residuals are paid by direct deposit 30–45 days after the close of the merchant’s billing month. Your portal shows every bonus and payment, and you’ll get a monthly statement.
How much can I earn per merchant?
You earn a $100 bonus when the merchant activates, plus 50% of the monthly profit on their processing account. Profit depends on each merchant’s pricing, volume and costs, so it varies.
Which products can I earn on?
Merchant processing accounts, Square accounts, high-risk processing, Business Capital, business and customer financing, and gift card and loyalty programs. You also earn 50% on anything a merchant you referred adds within 60 days of approval. Hardware sales are excluded unless a written promotion includes them.
Do I keep earning if I stop referring?
Yes. There are no quotas, and quiet partners keep earning residuals on the merchants they already referred. If either side ends the agreement without cause, residuals on activated merchants continue while those accounts stay active.
Can I get custom marketing materials?
Yes. Your portal has a library of pre-approved banners and graphics. For something custom, like a flyer or video, contact your affiliate manager from the Help and Support page in your portal.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application within 1–2 business days. Approval isn’t guaranteed. If you’re approved, your welcome email lists the paperwork to complete in the portal and your 7-day deadline.
